At Simply Phoolish, we are committed to delivering unique handcrafted floral arrangements. Our policies are designed to help you better understand what to expect from our products and services. By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions

       

      • We put a lot of effort into making sure that your order looks just like the photos. However, because these are not factory produced products and our dependency on mother nature is high, if you notice that a flower or foliage looks slightly different from the picture, don't fret! That's just mother nature in action :)

       

      • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your flowers wilt or perish within 24 hours of delivery, even after following our recommended care instructions, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at support@simplyphoolish.com. We will offer a replacement arrangement, subject to verification (a photo may be requested). Refunds are not provided for flower freshness claims. Replacements are our sole resolution in such instances.

        Important:
        This guarantee is void if improper handling, lack of water, exposure to heat, or other customer-related factors contribute to wilting.

      • We take pride in curating unique floral arrangements, but due to real-time inventory and seasonality, if a specific flower, color, vase, or box is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Substitutions are always made keeping the overall look, style, and theme of the arrangement in mind. If you choose to upgrade to a higher-priced option due to unavailability, you will be charged the price difference.

      Important: Substitutions are not grounds for refunds or credits.

      • We understand that plans can change, but due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please double-check all order details before confirming. If you request cancellation after payment, ONLY if the order delivery time is more than 24 hours away, a credit note will be issued This credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of original purchase. This credit note is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

       

      • Orders once placed cannot be rerouted to another address.

       

      • If the delivery address shared while placing the order is wrong, and the order delivery is attempted but is not delivered due to the incorrect address, the order will considered fulfilled.

       

      • For flowers or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

       

      • The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products on our are handmade items including flowers which are not factory produced items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Simply Phoolish Pvt Ltd, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.

       

      • The user of www.simplyphoolish.com is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, procedures and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them.
