We make only one delivery attempt per order. Flowers are perishable & repeated attempts may compromise their freshness. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the chosen time window.
In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, flooding, or other natural disruptions), deliveries may be delayed for safety and logistical reasons. We will make every effort to deliver the order as soon as conditions allow. Please note that refunds will not be issued for delays caused by weather or other force majeure events.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery addresses. Orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be considered fulfilled. No refunds or redeliveries will be made.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a neighbor, security guard, or reception desk (where allowed). If no one is available to accept the delivery, it will be marked as completed, and no further attempt will be made.
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to the delivery address, delivery date, time slot, recipient details, or product selection. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
The delivery time selected during checkout is an approximate window, not a guaranteed slot. Actual delivery timing depends on: Product availability, Recipient location, Traffic and weather conditions, Volume of orders (especially during festivals or peak periods) We will do our best to deliver on time but cannot guarantee exact-time delivery.
