- How does the payment work?
Payment is made in advance for your subscription plan and no other charge needs to be paid for the duration of the service.
- Can I pause & resume the subscription service?
es! You can pause or restart your subscription anytime, just inform us by Friday 5 PM before your Saturday dispatch by reaching out to our support team by clicking here.
- Can I choose the flowers we receive ?
Why get into choosing when you can be surprised with the best assortments, time and again. The humans behind Simply Phoolish choose the most fresh seasonal flowers available to leave you impressed, week after week.
- What if I want to order this subscription service as a gift to someone?
There is an option on the website which allows you to gift a subscription. By choosing this option, you will be able to ensure delivery of the first box on a specific day.The remaining boxes will be aligned as per our weekly dispatch day, i.e. Saturday
- Can I change the delivery address?
Absolutely! We're here to assist you. Send us a WhatsApp message from here with your request. This needs to be done 2 days before the weekly dispatch day.
- What time will my subscription box be delivered
Our deliveries are made between morning 9am to 5pm on the selected day. To make things even more convenient for you, we'll be introducing slotted delivery times in the coming months.
- Can I reschedule the subscription box delivery to another day of the week?
That is possible but will attract additional delivery fee as per the defined delivery radius
- How do I know if my subscription is over?
We've got you covered! Each flower name is written on the wrapping paper, making it easy for you to identify your flowers.
- What if my flowers arrive looking not so fresh?
Flowers are sent out in the bud form to ensure they are fresh and get maximum vase life in your space.

- Will you be recycling the subscription box?
Yes, we do! In our mission to be sustainable, we re-use the subscription boxes as much as we can. On the day of the delivery, we recommend you leave your old box outside the main door so it may be easily pickup up by our delivery agents.
