Payment is made in advance for your subscription plan and no other charge needs to be paid for the duration of the service.
Yes! You can easily pause & restart your flower subscription. Simply reach out to our support team by clicking here . You can pause your subscription up until 2 days before your scheduled delivery. For example, if your delivery is on Saturday, please contact us by Thursday 7pm to pause your subscription.

There is an option on the website which allows you to gift a subscription. By choosing this option, you will be able to ensure delivery of the first box on a specific day.The remaining boxes will be aligned as per our weekly dispatch day, i.e. Saturday
Absolutely! We're here to assist you. Send us a WhatsApp message from here with your request. This needs to be done 2 days before the weekly dispatch day.
Our deliveries are made between morning 9am to 5pm on the selected day. To make things even more convenient for you, we'll be introducing slotted delivery times in the coming months.
That is possible but will attract additional delivery fee as per the defined delivery radius

Flowers are sent out in the bud form to ensure they are fresh and get maximum vase life in your space.

Yes, we do! In our mission to be sustainable, we re-use the subscription boxes as much as we can. On the day of the delivery, we recommend you leave your old box outside the main door so it may be easily pickup up by our delivery agents.
