• We do not offer refunds for order cancellations. In select cases, we may issue a credit note, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. This credit note is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

  • If your flowers wilt within 24 hours of delivery, even after following our recommended care instructions, please email us at support@simplyphoolish.com with: A clear photo of the flowers and your order number/reference Upon verification, we will arrange a one-time replacement of the bouquet.

    Replacement eligibility is at the discretion of Simply Phoolish.

  • Our floral arrangements are thoughtfully handcrafted using fresh flowers, which are natural and seasonal. Due to these, colors, bloom stages, and textures may vary from product photos. We may make substitutions for unavailable flowers or colors, always with the same or higher value. These variations are part of the charm of working with nature and are not considered grounds for a refund.
