• Please be informed that we do not offer a refund on cancellations of orders. In such an event, we will issue a credit note, which is to be used within 3 months from the date of initial placement of order.
  • If the flowers ordered wilt within 24 hours, even after following care instruction, please send us an email at support@simplyphoolish.com with a picture and order reference, we will replace the bunch.
    Do note that flowers are not factory produced and sometimes may not match the color / quality we want to provide, but we will do our best to go the extra mile to make you smile :)
