Q - Which cities do you deliver to?

A - Currently we deliver to Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Dehradun.

Q - What's in the box?

A - Fresh seasonal blooms, a flower care guide, a booklet on how to arrange flowers and flower food. Everything's included nothing extra to arrange.

Q - How does ordering work?

A - You can order anytime via our website and choose a desired date for delivery. For next day delivery, order before 3 PM.

Q - What time will the box be delivered?

A - Box will delivered between 11.30 am to 6 pm on the selected date of delivery.

Q - What if the recipient isn't home?

We deliver once. If no one's available, the recipient will be informed and the box will be left with a neighbor or building security. Please make sure that the recipient or someone is home before placing the order — orders can't be cancelled once placed.

Q - What if the flowers arrive damaged or wilted?

As per our phool proof policy, if the flowers wilt within 36 hours of delivery, do share a photo with our team on WhatsApp or at support@simplyphoolish.com. We'll dispatch a replacement the next day.

Q - Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

A - Unfortunately, orders can't be modified once placed. Please verify the address before confirming.
