Phool Proof Care Tips

Water

  • First Things First: When your bouquet arrives, give it a spa day in water mixed with the flower food you receive.  The perfect cocktail for bloom nourishment is half a litre of water for one sachet of flower food.
  • Foam-Filled Containers: Keep it quenched with daily water top-ups to maintain that resplendent look. 💦
  • Cloudy Water? Time to Change: If the water looks more London fog than clear spring day, it’s time for a refresh 🌫️ ➡️ 💧

The Cozy Secret to Long-Lasting Phools

  • Avoid Extremes: Just like us, flowers don't fancy drafts or sweltering heat. Keep them in a happy place, away from harsh temperatures, to ensure they stay perky. 🍃
  • Shy Away from the Sun: While a bit of sunlight is great, too much is a no-no. Keep your blooms in cool or room-temperature spots for a longer vase life    ☀️ ➡️ 🚫

Keeping Your Flowers Fabulous

  • Out with the Old: Regularly remove wilted flowers and leaves to keep your arrangement looking its best. 🥀 ➡️ 🗑️
  • Water and Food Mix: No flower food? No problem! A splash of soda water or a mix of apple cider vinegar and sugar works wonders.
  • The Art of Cutting: Use a sharp knife (avoid blunt scissors) and cut stems at an angle. This keeps them drinking and thriving.
  • Submerge Wisely: Make sure all stems are underwater, but keep leaves high and dry. 🌿 💧
  • A Chat a Day: Believe it or not, talking to your flowers can keep them (and you) happy. Tell them about your day; they’re great listeners! 💬 🌸

Phools Promise & Disclaimer

  • At Simply Phoolish, while every arrangement we craft is a masterpiece, nature sometimes adds her own brushstrokes. If you notice a flower or filler that's different from our photos, consider it a unique twist from Mother Nature, exclusively for you! 🌿 🎨

  • Our vases are like treasure chests—always full of surprises! While we strive to match the vase in our photos, availability sometimes leads us to choose an alternative. Rest assured, any substitute will be of equal or greater charm and value.

  • We stand proudly by the longevity of our blooms with a 36 hour freshness guarantee. If your flowers seem a little under the weather within 36 hours despite proper care, just snap a photo and send it our way. We'll ensure a blooming replacement reaches you posthaste! 🌸 🔄

  • Our commitment to freshness means each delivery is a special event. To uphold this promise, each delivered will be attempted only once. It's our way of ensuring that what arrives at your doorstep is nothing short of perfect.

  • To keep our blooms fresh and fabulous, we're unable to reroute deliveries to different addresses or change the delivery dates and times once they're set. This helps us maintain the punctuality and quality of your floral experience.
