Here's a fun fact: Google searches for "Mother's Day gifts" spike three weeks in advance. Father's Day gifts? They spike on June 14th at 9 PM. That pretty much tells you everything about where Father's Day stands in our collective consciousness.
This year, Father's Day falls on June 15th. And if you're here, you’re probably scrambling for the right gift for a man who swears he doesn’t want anything.
Here’s a small guide to meaningful gifts that your dad might use, enjoy, or at least pretend to. (No offence to the “Best Dad” mug. He still uses it):
For the dad who says he's “cutting down on sugar” but never says no to dessert , this might be the sweet spot. Bombay Sweet Shop’s mithai is nostalgic but reimagined, made with and bold flavours (think: chocolate barks with a desi twist). It feels indulgent, without feeling guilty.

Now, if you really want to impress (and we’re not just saying that because it’s our thing, but okay, maybe a little), we’ve put together a whole series of Phoolish Father’s Day hampers that cover all bases. These hampers are made to hold a bit of joy & a bit of care, just like the people they’re meant for. Also features very cool stationery by origin one.

Your dad might not know what “drip” means, but that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t have some. Gully Labs makes bold sneakers that balance comfort with drip, perfect for dads who are “too old for this” but kind of nail it anyway.

You don’t need a wrapped box to show up for your dad. Sometimes it’s just about doing something together. Pottery is one of our favourites, quiet, messy, and unexpectedly fun. At Potter’s Wheel, you can sit side by side, hands in clay, phones far away, and just be for a while.
So this June 15th, the man who taught you that "paisa kamana easy nahi hai" deserves at least that much thought.
After all, in the grand scheme of things, the best gift you can give is proving that all those life lessons actually stuck.
Until next time, stay grateful (& maybe call your dad just to say hi – not when you need something)
